I, Victor Miguel Ponce, born July 17, 1946, make, declare and publish this to be my Will and hereby revoke any Will I have made before. I am married to Jane Vloyantes Ponce, born September 14, 1945, and have the following two children from said marriage: Miguel Esteban Ponce, born May 12, 1972; and Christina Jane Ponce, born March 10, 1974. I will, give and bequeath to my spouse, Jane Vloyantes Ponce, all my property, which includes my primary residence at 13386 Samantha Ave., San Diego, California, 92129, and the remainder of my property, including but not limited to personal property in which I may have an interest at the time of my death, and any and all insurance benefits. In the event that my spouse predeceases me or does not survive me, I will, give and bequeath all my property, real and personal, to my children, Miguel Esteban Ponce and Christina Jane Ponce, in equal parts, fifty percent for each. In the event that one of my children predeceases me or does not survive me, I will, give and bequeath all my property, real and personal, to the surviving child. In the event that neither my spouse nor my children survive me, I will, give and bequeath all my property, real and personal, to my three grandchildren: Olivia Hsin Yu Tang (DOB March 9, 2007), Hudson Hai Wen Tang (DOB March 13, 2009) and Piper Patricia Ponce Gowin (DOB August 1, 2014), in equal parts. In the event that any of my grandchildren have not reached yet the age of 18 years old at the time of my passing, their share is to be delivered when he/she reaches the age of 18 years old. I hereby name my brother Carlos David Ponce-Campos (born December 20, 1947) as the executor of this Last Will and Testament.
