Week 10: Preliminary oral presentations (Monday October 31, 19:00-20:15)
Week 15: Final oral presentations (Monday and Wednesday, December 5 and 7, 19:00-20:15)
Week 15: Project report due (Wednesday, December 7, at 19:00)
Week 16: Final Exam (Wednesday, December 14, 19:00-21:00)

OFFICE HOURS: MW 09:00-10:00; MW 20:15-21:15 (PS231-B).
GRADING POLICY: Essay (20%), Midterm (25%), Project (25%),
Final (30%).
ESSAY: A 600-word document (two-page, typewritten, double-spaced)
on a choice of topics selected by your instructor. The best essay will be posted on the web.
PROJECT: The project will consist of individual work
on a topic mutually agreed with the instructor.
The report should be of professional quality;
its length should not exceed 15 pages, including
tables and figures. Text should be double-spaced.
The oral presentations should be either with Power Point or online (HTML).
