TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN The holder of this document, Dr. Victor M. Ponce, a professor of civil and environmental engineering at San Diego State University, is conducting a study of groundwater sustainability in the Thompson Creek watershed and environs, in Poway, San Diego County, California. This study has been commissioned on February 11, 2012, by a group of Thompson Creek neighbors. Please provide Dr. Ponce and his staff with the permission and appropriate right of passage to inspect the geology, geomorphology, surface water hydrology, groundwater hydrology, and ecology of the region, which encompasses the Thompson Creek watershed and environs. Dr. Victor M. Ponce will conduct field work during the dates of February 11, 2012 and May 31, 2012.
