College of Engineering

Dear Prof. Hemati:

The CCEE Personnel Committee has evaluated materials for periodic evaluation of temporary and part-time faculty. The following is a summary of the committee's comments.

The Committee feels that the numeric ratings of your students evaluations range from below average to above average.

The Committee feels that the mixed reviews are an indication of latent problems with your teaching style, organization, or approach.

The Committee wishes to state that the verbatim comments, which are an intrinsic part of the student evaluation, were not part of the record presented to it.

Sincerely yours,
