Exams (multiple choice, 20 questions each exam):

Rubric: In each of two exams, select 10 questions and evaluate what percentage PERC(I) of the class answered each question correctly.

Example:

PERC(1) = 80%

PERC(2)= 100%

PERC(3) = 95%

PERC(4) = 80%

PERC(5) = 65%

PERC(6) = 80%

PERC(7) = 70%

PERC(8) = 100%

PERC(9) = 80%

PERC(10) = 75%

Action:

  1. Work on improving the presentation and coverage of those themes where the percentage PERC(I) is below 80%.

  2. Calculate an average PERCAVE.

  3. Document change in PERCAVE with time.

  4. Design and adopt course improvements if the metric PERCAVE does not improve with time.
