To analyze the hydrology of the Binational Cottonwood Creek - Arroyo Alamar and its watershed, located in California and Baja California.

To determine the flows associated with return periods of 2 to 1000 yr.

To determine the effect of conventional channel improvement with lined concrete on local aquifer replenishment.
